1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our website or official app.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and a Booking Voucher with a QR code has been issued.
  • Please check your email for the confirmation voucher. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please contact support.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Show: Failure to arrive at the meeting point without prior notice will result in a 100% charge (no refund).

3. Transportation Services

3.1 Flight Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor your flight status.

  • We provide a complimentary waiting time of 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time.
  • Extended waiting time beyond 90 minutes will be charged at THB 300 per hour, subject to driver availability.

3.2 Luggage

Passengers are responsible for selecting a vehicle large enough for their luggage. If luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, the driver may refuse service or require a second vehicle at the passenger's expense.

4. Tour Services

  • Itinerary Changes: Schedules and itineraries are subject to change based on weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances to ensure passenger safety.
  • Health & Safety: Participants must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

5. Liability

thai Travel acts as an agent for third-party operators (unless specified as an "Original Tour"). We are not liable for any loss, damage, accident, or delay caused by third-party service providers, though we will assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.
